Important Information Regarding Class Schedules
Class schedules are now available in OnCampus. These are not final. As we finalize enrollment and balancing of classes, periods and teachers may change.

Please have your student go look at both Semester 1 and Semester 2. If they have “Contact Student Services” as one of their classes, they are either missing a class or have a conflict in their schedule. They can contact Mrs. Roberts, aroberts@wheatonacademy.org, or Mr. Gregersen, bgregersen@wheatonacademy.org to work out their conflict.

If your student has a schedule change request, please fill out this link by August 5. Unfortunately, we will not be able to honor or guarantee all schedule change requests due to class sizes and how they may fit in their schedule, but we will do our best to accommodate. No schedule changes will be made between August 5 and August 24.

Commencement
Sunday, June 5
3:00 p.m.
Edman Chapel, Wheaton College

We are excited that our ceremony will return inside at Edman Chapel this year. At practice Tuesday, we changed the arrival time for seniors. We have asked them to arrive at Edman Chapel at 2:00 p.m., 15 minutes earlier than the previously communicated email. If they aren’t being dropped off, we would like them to park at the Billy Graham Center to allow closer parking for family and the elderly. Please remind them that they will need 10 minutes of walking time from parking to get to the chapel – so plan accordingly to get there by 2:00. (Students performing musical numbers during the ceremony have been given earlier call times for sound checks. They know what time they need to arrive).

Also, if your student becomes ill and will not be able to attend the ceremony, please text Jenn Trott at 630-624-2665 so that we can plan accordingly on Sunday. There are various details to plan out, and it will be helpful to know ahead of time if they won’t be in attendance.

Doors will open at 2:30 p.m. for General Admission seating. We are looking forward to a wonderful weekend of celebrations! (Wheaton Academy Commencement is not a production of Wheaton College).
