New Parent Orientation
6:30 – 8:45p.m.
ALL incoming freshman and transfer parents are welcome to attend, even if you have previously enrolled a student at Wheaton Academy.
Please join us for fellowship and desserts! Our evening will include an opportunity to meet with Parent Ambassadors, meet with teachers, and hear from the Leadership Team. You will learn first day of school logistics and be given time to ask questions.

Transfer Orientation
1:00-3:00pm
All sophomore, junior, and senior transfer students are invited. The afternoon covers school culture, first-week tips, a schedule-based campus tour, and time to meet other Wheaton Academy students.

Back to School Worship Night & Head of School Installation

Fine Arts Center
This evening provides an opportunity to gather together and begin the new academic year centered on Christ through worship and prayer. A highlight of the evening will be the commissioning and installation of Mike Rogers as the 40th Head of School for Wheaton Academy. As we welcome him into this role, we invite our community to join in praying for his leadership and the future of our school. Come celebrate with us as we commit this milestone and upcoming school year to the Lord.

This day is designed to introduce freshmen to important faculty and staff, jump start their mentorship with Project IX seniors, and to help them prepare for the first day of school.

Connect Retreats
Full School Day
We are excited to welcome students to this year’s Connect Retreats! On the third day of school, all students will participate in a Connect Retreat, a day-long experience built around growing teacher and student relationships to promote moments of connection and belonging.
Parents of Freshmen, Sophomores, and Seniors must submit activity waivers online prior to the retreat. For more information and to sign a waiver, please click here.

Glow Dance
Warrior Dome • Free Event
The Student Activities Team invites the entire student body to our annual Glow Dance in the Warrior Dome following Neon Night at our first home football game. The dance will end at 11 pm.
