If you have any questions about forms, please contact:

If you encounter difficulty with your Magnus account, please call the Magnus help desk at 877-461-6831 or email them at service@magnushealthportal.com. You will be receiving regular reminder emails from Magnus until all of the requirements have been completed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All required Magnus forms MUST be complete BEFORE a student will be allowed to participate in athletics (including tryouts), retreats or any school sponsored event.

Schedule your IHSA sports physical with your family doctor if your student intends on playing sports. Once the physical is completed, please upload the form onto your family’s Magnus account (see instructions below).

We have updated our book ordering process! Please visit our Book Rental Page HERE for more information and a step-by-step process.

If you have more than one student at Wheaton Academy, you will need each student‘s email with eCampus password. You must log in separately for each student, as their schedule information automatically populates the customized booklist through their email.

Questions? Email Jenn Trott at jtrott@wheatonacademy.org

Any student driving to campus must have a permit if they wish to park on campus. Applications for student parking permits are now available online.  The cost of a parking permit is $75.

Please be aware that the parking fee must be submitted and proof of the student’s driver’s license must be shown to Mr. Ellison in Student Services to be issued a parking permit. Parking permits are only available for students with a valid driver’s license. *

Parking Permit Application Here

After students complete the application, they can meet with Mr. Ellison to both pay the $75 via PushCoin and receive their parking permit starting August 14th.

Note: Campus will be undergoing major construction which may change previous parking patterns. Stay tuned for updated information on traffic patterns, parking lots, and assigned student spots.

Wheaton Academy utilizes a service called Bright Arrow for our school-wide communication regarding unexpected school closing or off-campus learning days. To ensure your cell phone number is registered to receive communication from Bright Arrow, please text YES to 79041

Secondly, to confirm the contact information we have on file is correct, please log into your Parent OnCampus account, click your name in the top right corner, select “Profile”, and review your wireless phone number and email under “Contact card.” Finally, scroll down to review your family member’s contact information under “Relationships.” Please email any updates to Angie Roberts at aroberts@wheatonacademy.org. All communication relies on the accuracy of this contact information in OnCampus.

Student Schedules were e-mailed to each family on June 27. They are now also available on your OnCampus account.

Please note: the order of classes may change as we continue to balance classes.

If your schedule says “Contact Student Services” in one of your class periods, please contact Angie Roberts as soon as possible.

We will not make any schedule changes between August 1 and August 24, (the first day of school). Schedule changes after the first day of school will be limited. Please note: dropping a class after the first 10 days may results in a W (withdraw) or WF (withdraw fail) on your student’s transcript.

Note: Seniors will select their lockers at their Orientation during the 1st day of school.

On the first day of school, students should bring their Dell Latitude laptop, textbooks (if they didn’t drop them in their locker already), pencils, pens, paper and folder–or whatever supplies students personally need to be successful.

Teachers will notify students on the first day of school regarding required school supplies for each class.

Wheaton Academy’s lunch program uses a computerized all-in-one system called PushCoin. This fully secure, mobile-friendly technology gives families greater control and discretion over their students’ lunchtime purchases while making the purchase transaction easier and more convenient for students.

If your student is interested in participating in this program, you should have received login information from PushCoin directly during your student’s first year at Wheaton Academy. If you have not received your information, please Contact Angie Roberts, aroberts@wheatonacademy.org.

Once families receive this login, families can register at www.pushcoin.com and questions can be answered at ask@pushcoin.com

For any Wheaton Academy related questions regarding lunch, contact Ruth Lindstedt at rlindstedt@wheatonacademy.org after August 1.

Please note upon graduation or withdrawal, the family can request a refund for the balance in their student’s Pushcoin account.  Any Pushcoin accounts which have a balance of $10 or less will be donated to Wheaton Academy’s Annual Fund.

If you would like a Carpool Directory, sorted by zip code, you will be able to access it in onCampus after August 1. For questions regarding the Carpool Directory, please contact Angie Roberts at aroberts@wheatonacademy.org.

We are excited to introduce a new event at the beginning of the school year – the Connect Retreats.  On August 23rd, the second full day of school, all students will participate in a Connect Retreat, a day-long experience built around growing teacher and student relationships to promote moments of connection and belonging.

For more information about these retreats, click here.

All Fall sports will begin on Monday, August 7, 2023. If your student is interested in cross country, football, golf, boys soccer, girls tennis, or girls volleyball, please save the date.

Every athlete, regardless of season, must have an updated physical and athletic packet on Magnus before the first day of their tryout, or they will not be allowed to participate. Please contact Dawn Hamm at dhamm@wheatonacademy.org if you have any questions or concerns.
