Click here for the login page to OnCampus. Once parents are logged in, families will find direct links to August Schools, Tuition Management, PushCoin, Scoir, student grades, & student schedules.
Once you log in to OnCampus, you will have access to the August Schools Portal, which is where we collect all of your student’s medical forms and school forms. Since this is a new system for everyone, it may take you longer to complete than in years past.
All forms listed below need to be uploaded/submitted by August 1st. Once you log into OnCampus, you will notice a “August Schools” button on your Parent page. Click it and you will find the following forms:
- Complete Health History
- Consent to Treatment of a Minor
- Parent Standards of Conduct
- Annual Event Participation/Permission
- Driving/Riding Permission Form
- Permission for Over the Counter Medication
- Care Plans (ex. Asthma, Severe Allergies, etc. if applicable)
- Upload sports physical (athletes only)
- Upload annual athletic packet (athletes only)
The following exam forms are due by October 15:
- Dental (9th grade only)
- Eye (only if moved from out of state or first time in school)
- Physical
Please upload a copy of immunization record for all students. You will either find this prompt within the enrollment packet or as a separate form request this year.
You will receive reminders directly from August Schools as the deadlines get closer. If you encounter difficulty with your August account, you can send a message to their help desk by clicking on the question mark in the upper right-hand corner of the home page. You will be receiving regular reminder emails from August until all the requirements have been completed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All required August Schools forms MUST be complete BEFORE a student will be allowed to participate in athletics (including tryouts), retreats, or any school sponsored event.
If you have questions about completing these forms, please contact Jenn Sezonov, jsezonov@wheatonacademy.org.
Wheaton Academy uses the information you submitted at the time of your student’s application to populate all contact information in OnCampus. We want to ensure that this information is correct as we begin the upcoming school year.
Once you log into OnCampus, you will find a “yellow bar” at the top of your Parent page that prompts you to complete two forms:
- 2024-2025 Profile Updates
- 2024-2025 Emergency Contacts
Please complete both forms to confirm the best way to contact your family. If there are no changes to the existing information, please click “Next” on each page and “Submit” to verify the information.
Click here for the login page to OnCampus. If you have issues, please contact Angie Roberts in Student Services.
Wheaton Academy utilizes a service called Bright Arrow for our school-wide communication regarding unexpected school closing or off-campus learning days. To ensure your cell phone number is registered to receive communication from Bright Arrow, please text YES to 79041 after you have updated your contact information in the aforementioned step.
Schedule your IHSA sports physical with your family doctor if your student intends on playing sports. Once the physical is completed, please upload the form onto your family’s August School account
Please visit our Book Rental Page HERE for more information and a step-by-step process.
If you have more than one student at Wheaton Academy, you will need each student‘s email. You must log in separately for each student, as their schedule information automatically populates the customized booklist through their email.

Online parking registration will begin on August 12, 2024. Starting on August 19 at 9:00 AM, students can pick up their parking decal and pick out their parking spot for the 2024-25 school year, provided their vehicle has been registered and the spot paid for. Picking out a parking spot will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Upperclassmen will be given priority in the North Lot. Please contact Kermit Elison with questions kellison@wheatonacademy.org.
Tuition payments for the school year begin in June. Please use your Tuition Management account to submit these payments on the schedule you selected on your enrollment contract (Annually, Semi-Annually, and Monthly).
You can access your Tuition Management account through your OnCampus log-in.
Please contact Tuition Management’s Parent Contact Center on Monday – Friday from 6:00am-9:00pm at 888-868-8828 for assistance with:

Student Schedules were e-mailed to each family by Angie Roberts on June 26. The schedules are now also available on OnCampus.
PIease review both your 1st and 2nd semester schedule and if you have a “Contact Student Services” listed in your schedule, please contact our registrar, Angie Roberts, aroberts@wheatonacademy.org.
Please note: the order of classes may change as we continue to balance classes.
We will not make any schedule changes between August 10 and August 26, (the first day of school). Schedule changes after the first day of school will be limited. Please note: dropping a class after the first 10 days may results in a W (withdraw) or WF (withdraw fail) on your student’s transcript.
Note: Seniors will select their lockers during the first week of school.
On the first day of school, students should bring their Dell Latitude laptop, textbooks (if they didn’t drop them in their locker already), pencils, pens, paper and folder–or whatever supplies students personally need to be successful.
Teachers will notify students on the first day of school regarding required school supplies for each class.
Wheaton Academy’s lunch program uses a computerized all-in-one system called PushCoin. This fully secure, mobile-friendly technology gives families greater control and discretion over their students’ lunchtime purchases while making the purchase transaction easier and more convenient for students.
If your student is interested in participating in this program, you should have received login information from PushCoin directly during your student’s first year at Wheaton Academy. If you have not received your information, please Contact Angie Roberts, aroberts@wheatonacademy.org.
Once families receive this login, families can register at www.pushcoin.com and questions can be answered at ask@pushcoin.com.
For any Wheaton Academy related questions regarding lunch, contact Ruth Lindstedt at rlindstedt@wheatonacademy.org after August 1.
Please note upon graduation or withdrawal, the family can request a refund for the balance in their student’s Pushcoin account. Any Pushcoin accounts which have a balance of $10 or less will be donated to Wheaton Academy’s Annual Fund.
If you would like a Carpool Directory, sorted by zip code, you will be able to access it in onCampus after August 1. For questions regarding the Carpool Directory, please contact Angie Roberts at aroberts@wheatonacademy.org.
