Preparing for the 2026-2027 School Year: Returning Student Class Registration and Re-Enrollment Deposit
All parents of current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors need to complete two important steps to prepare for the next school year:

1. Pay a $350 re-enrollment deposit through OnCampus by February 27. You can find step-by-step instructions for submitting your deposit here: https://families.wheatonacademy.org/re-enrollment/

2. Mark your calendar and attend this year’s Registration Meetings for your student! Meetings begin February 26 through March 9.

Please contact members of the Business Office (studentaccounts@wheatonacademy.org) if you have any questions about completing the re-enrollment deposit. If you choose to opt-out for the 2026-2027 academic year and wish to no longer attend Wheaton Academy, please contact Brittany Klenke (bklenke@wheatonacademy.org) in writing no later than February 28, 2026 to avoid being billed the re-enrollment deposit.

Yearbook Orders
Order your 2025-2026 yearbook today! Yearbooks will be available for purchase until May 31, 2026. Please follow this link to order. Please reach out to Ms. Rusthoven (krusthoven@wheatonacademy.org) with any questions. Thanks!

Interested in Wheaton Academy—apply today!
Good news! Our Wheaton Academy Admissions office has received a record number of applicants this fall, and we anticipate a full school again this year. If you have any friends who are considering WA or on the fence, please urge them to finish the application process as soon as possible.

Encourage your friends to submit an application as a first step. Knowing a family’s interest now helps us tremendously and helps them avoid a potential wait pool situation this spring.

Please contact Amy Burdett, Admissions Coordinator, or Amy Hogan, Director of Admissions, with any questions or helpful insights!

REAL ID Needed for Senior Trip Flights
If your child is attending the Senior Trip and will be 18 years old at the time of travel, please be sure to have a real ID or a passport for boarding. This is now required to travel domestically.

From the travel website:
Illinois residents 18 and older who plan to fly domestically, or access certain federal facilities will need a REAL ID by May 7, 2025. If you do not get a REAL ID, you will need another federally accepted form of identification, such as a passport, to board a domestic flight or enter these facilities.

Please make an appointment to get a real ID ASAP. We will not be able to get your child on the airline flights without the Real ID or Passport.

Senior Ads for the Yearbook
Senior yearbook ads will be available for purchase again this year! Please follow this link if you would like to purchase an ad for your student. Size options include a quarter-page, half-page, or full-page ad. You will design your ad on the website, which will be directly imported into the yearbook – nothing needs to be sent to Wheaton Academy. Yearbook ads can be purchased until May 1, 2026. In past years, a free yearbook was included with the purchase of an ad. Please note that Jostens has changed its policy and no longer includes a free yearbook with ad purchase, so yearbooks will need to be purchased separately. You can purchase a yearbook using the same link as the link to the ads. Please contact Ms. Rusthoven with any questions (krusthoven@wheatonacademy.org). Thanks!

The Centerpoint
At the Center for Lifelong Learning, we believe that academic success is about developing the tools students need to thrive today and tomorrow, not just grades. That’s why we’ve launched a blog designed to support families, equip students, and provide practical strategies that align with our mission to nurture lifelong learners. Each post is written by our certified coaches and educational leaders, so they can provide guidance that is practical, encouraging, and grounded in a deep understanding of student development. Read the latest post and explore the blog at:

Student Success Coaching
As we begin a new semester, the Center for Lifelong Learning is excited to help every student build the organization, focus, and confidence they need to succeed. Many high school students are bright, capable, and motivated—yet still struggle with organization, time management, follow-through, and stress.

The Center for Lifelong Learning is grateful to have certified executive functioning and life coach Holly Taritas on our team. Holly holds an M.S. in Education, with 60 hours in Supervision and Curriculum, and a B.S. in Child Development, and can help provide meaningful growth for your student — not just academically, but in organization, confidence, and resilience.  For more information on coaching, https://thecenterforlifelonglearning.org/student-success-coaching/

SAT/ACT Individual Session Package
The Center for Lifelong learning has created a 6-session package for individual SAT/ACT tutoring. If you weren’t able to take the spring group courses but would still like to get some training before the spring exam dates, this could be the opportunity for you. We recommend scheduling three sessions with a math tutor and three sessions with an English tutor. Click here to schedule your student sessions now.
