Preparing for the 2025-2026 School Year:
Four things you need to do to prepare for class registration:
- Log into your parent OnCampus account to access your Tuition Management account and submit the re-enrollment deposit by February 28.
- If the deposit is unpaid, a financial hold will be placed on your account, and your student will be unable to register for classes until the deposit is paid.

Plan to attend a 1-on-1 registration meeting for you, your student, and a member of our faculty and staff.
We invite students and parents to meet with a Wheaton Academy faculty or staff member for a 20 minute registration meeting to register for classes for the 2025-2026 school year. Students and parents will be ask questions regarding the school’s suggestions for class registration. The purpose of the registration meeting is to ensure that students and parents feel confident with their class choices and maximize the opportunities for learning at Wheaton Academy.
No appointment is needed—walk in at your convenience on the following dates:
- Friday, February 28, 8:30-11:30 a.m., 12:30-3:00 p.m. (Student Services)
- Friday, March 7, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. (Student Services)
- Monday, March 10, 3:30-8:30 p.m. (2nd floor Learning Commons)
Review your student’s course recommendations.
- Your student will receive course recommendations on Monday, February 24.
- Your students will receive an overview of our curriculum changes and course offerings during the same week of February 24.
- Please review these together before attending a registration meeting.
