- The process of paying tuition has improved! Have your Smart Tuition login and bank information or credit card ready for this change.

- Login to OnCampus here.
- Please refrain from using the Smart Tuition website log-in and only access Tuition Management through your OnCampus.
Sign up for a 1-on-1 registration meeting for you, your student, and a member of our faculty and staff.
We invite students and parents to meet with a Wheaton Academy faculty or staff member for a 20 minute registration meeting to register for classes for the 2022-2023 school year. Students and parents will be able to have questions answered regarding the school’s suggestions for class registration. This night’s purpose is to ensure that students and parents feel confident with their class choices and maximize the opportunities for learning at Wheaton Academy.

Review your student’s course recommendations.
Your student received course recommendations in Advisory on Wednesday, February 16th. Please review it with your student.
Attend an optional informational ZOOM for parents on Wednesday, February 23rd for more details and Q&A about the class selection process.
Attend your registration meeting with your student on your reserved date.
Please be sure to bring your student’s course recommendations sheet to your Registration Night meeting to help guide the conversation with a Wheaton Academy faculty or staff member.
If you choose to opt-out for the 2022-2023 academic year and wish to no longer attend Wheaton Academy, please contact the Wheaton Academy Business Office in writing no later than February 28, 2022.
