Morning classes:
8:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

For New Students
- View a recording of the Summer Academy Orientation:
- Students at Wheaton Academy have had a personal device since 2013, and students currently use Dell Latitude 3340 devices.
- All new students who are enrolled in a Summer Academy class can pick up their device before school begins in August and therefore keep the device over the summer.
- The devices will be available for pickup starting on Thursday, June 6 from 8:00am-4:00pm in the front office. They will also be available for pick-up at the New Family Orientation starting at 6:30pm in the Fine Arts Center. You will need to present an ID to pick up a device.
- School IDs can also be picked up at the same time.
- Instructions for Dell Device set up can be found here.
- New students will receive training on how to use the new device and OnCampus (Wheaton Academy’s learning management system) in class. Representative from the IT department will visit class for the training. We ask that students spend time following instructions for device setup at home prior to the first day of class.
Wheaton Academy uses the OnCampus portal for classes, communication, and other log-in platforms. Both parents and students have separate log-in accounts.
Within this OnCampus system, families will find direct links to August Schools, Tuition Management, PushCoin, Scoir, student grades, & student schedules. Click here for the login page to OnCampus. If you have issues, please contact Angie Roberts in Student Services.
Students will receive their own OnCampus login information along with their Dell Latitude.
Wheaton Academy uses the information you submitted at the time of your student’s application to populate all contact information in OnCampus. We want to ensure that this information is correct as we enter Summer Academy.
Once you log into OnCampus, you will find a “yellow bar” at the top of your Parent page that prompts you to complete two forms:
- 2024-2025 Profile Updates
- 2024-2025 Emergency Contacts
Please complete both forms to confirm the best way to contact your family. If there are no changes to the existing information, please click “Next” on each page and “Submit” to verify the information.
Click here for the login page to OnCampus. If you have issues, please contact Angie Roberts in Student Services.
Once you log in to OnCampus, you will have access to the August Schools Portal, which is where we collect all of your student’s medical forms and school forms. All forms listed below need to be uploaded/submitted by June 6th (before Summer Academy begins). Once you log into OnCampus, you will notice a “August Schools” button on your Parent page. Click it and you will find the following forms:
