HELP NEEDED FOR CONFERENCE DINNERS
Each year the teachers are blessed by parents who provide dinner for them during the conference days, October 19 & 20.  If you would like to be part of donating to these nights, please contact Jim Holtrop. We are looking for crock pots of soup, large salads, breads, and desserts. If you would like to contribute a monetary donation to help supplement the dinner, please let Jim know and drop your donation off at the front desk marked to his attention. Thank you for making this special contribution to our teachers!

2021-2022 Yearbooks
Yearbooks from last school year have been distributed to all students who ordered them ahead of time through Jostens’ website. We have a small number of leftover copies now available to sell to students who did not order. Starting Monday, October 17, while we have copies remaining, they will be for sale at the Front Office for $25. Please note that these will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Senior Picture Submission
It’s time to submit Senior Pictures for the Yearbook! If you did not use Prestige Photography for your student’s Senior Portraits, you may use another photography source, but we need you to submit a photo of your own to be included in the yearbook. The submission process looks a bit different this year, so please take notice of the information listed here. Photos need to be submitted by December 23 to be included in the yearbook publication. We require a forward-facing portrait taken from the shoulders up, with a plain/non-distracting background. Images will be submitted through this form this year. You will need to log in with a Google account, which all Wheaton Academy students have. Any questions can be directed to yearbook@wheatonacademy.org.

Lego Library
Parents!  The science department at Wheaton Academy is looking to build a “LEGO Library” in our makerspace called the “Idea Lab.”  LEGO is a fantastic medium for all types of learners (from beginner to advanced) to explore engineering and design.  We are looking for any type of LEGOs/LEGO sets that people no longer want.  It could be an organized set or a mish-mash of random bricks in a box!

If you would be willing to donate, please email Josh Burick at jburick@wheatonacademy.org or give him a call at 630.200.3193. Thank you!
