Visionary Family Seminar: Father-Daughter Connect

Student Showcase
Thursday, February 13

All middle school families are invited to Student Showcase on Thursday, February 13. Whether your student is already enrolled, or your family is still considering Wheaton Academy for high school, this night is for you!

During Student Showcase, Wheaton Academy’s Leadership team will outline their vision for your student’s freshman year, providing valuable insights to help you feel informed and ready for this exciting new chapter. You’ll explore a typical freshman schedule, receive guidance on class placement and registration, and gain a clear understanding of the steps needed for a smooth transition into high school.

WA Women’s Saturday Prayer
February 15
Board Room
9:00 a.m.
Every third Saturday, women from the Wheaton Academy community meet to pray for our school. Please join us on Saturday, February 15 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room (enter the new front office doors and the Board Room is on your right) for our next prayer time. We will hear from a WA employee and pray for the school. Light refreshments are served.

Valentine’s Day Donuts
The Student Council will be helping distribute Valentine’s cards and donuts in the Student Union on Valentine’s Day. Students who receive a Valentine will get a notice through OnCampus the day before letting them know they can pick up their card and donut in the Student Union before school, in between class periods, or during lunch. (Valentine’s cards and donuts were sold on Thursday and Friday of this week.)

Sock Hop
Saturday, February 15

Fieldhouse
Mark your calendars for our Spring Sock Hop – Saturday, February 15 from 7-10 pm. Tickets go on sale Wednesday – Friday (February 12-14) during lunchtime in the Student Union. This fun event includes a live 50’s band, swing lessons, dance, a soda shop with ice-cream floats, roller skating in the Fieldhouse + some fun competitions for prizes. Tickets can be purchased using cash or Push Coin for $25 (or $30 at the door.) You don’t want to miss it! The event will begin at 7 pm and end promptly at 10 pm.

The spring musical is quickly approaching, and we can use your help! Preparing for the 2025-2026 School Year: Returning Student Class Registration and Re-Enrollment Deposit 
All parents of current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors need to complete two important steps to prepare for the next school year:

1. Pay a $350 re-enrollment deposit through OnCampus by February 28. You can find step-by-step instructions for submitting your deposit here: https://families.wheatonacademy.org/re-enrollment/
2. Mark your calendar and attend this year’s Registration Meetings for your student! Meetings begin February 28 through March 10.

If you choose to opt-out for the 2025-2026 academic year and wish to no longer attend Wheaton Academy, please contact Brittany Klenke (bklenke@wheatonacademy.org) in writing no later than February 28, 2025, to avoid being billed the re-enrollment deposit.

Spring Sports Information

  • Tryouts for all spring sports will begin on March 3 except for Boys Volleyball tryouts which begin on March 10.
  • Picture Day will be on March 11 at 3:30 pm in the Warrior Dome
  • Please ensure all medical forms and sports packets are filled out and turned in to Jenn Sezonov, jsezonov@wheatonacademy.org on or before March 3.
