When? Thursday, September 26 from 5:00-7:00 pm.
Who? This event is for EVERYONE! There will be good food, games, face painting, and more! Bring your students and your families and enjoy time together before heading to the soccer game!
Why? All proceeds will go to support the students that Wheaton Academy supports in the Dominican Republic and Haiti through Kid’s Alive International.

A Reminder from the Health Office
If you have a current 9th grader, they must have a physical that includes vaccinations on an Illinois Certificate of Health Examination form  https://dph.illinois.gov/content/dam/soi/en/web/idph/files/forms/child-health-exam-form-revised-01-31-2024.pdf.  A sports physical does not meet this requirement.  If this is not uploaded into August Schools (our health information platform), or turned in by October 15, your child will be excluded from school until it is completed.

If you have a current 12th grader, they must show proof of 2 Meningococcal vaccines by the October 15 deadline as well or be excluded.

If you have any questions, please contact Jenn Sezonov, School Nurse at jsezonov@wheatonacademy.org or 630-562-7504.

Senior Picture Submission
It’s time to submit senior pictures for the yearbook! If your student booked an appointment with Prestige Photography to have their picture taken on campus over the summer, and that is the picture your student wants to include in the yearbook, you are good to go! Prestige will automatically send us that photo and no further action is needed.

If you did not use Prestige Photography for your student’s senior portraits, that is no problem, but we will need you to submit a photo of your own to be included in the yearbook. Photos need to be submitted by December 20 to be included in the yearbook publication. We require a forward-facing portrait taken from the shoulders up, with a plain/non-distracting background. Please note that if you send in a full-body image, it will be cropped from the shoulders up as the yearbook file is not large enough to accommodate a full-body photo. Please submit your student’s chosen picture via email to yearbook@wheatonacademy.org along with your student’s first and last name. Thank you!
