Senior Class Graduation Assembly, November 13
On Wednesday, November 13, the seniors will meet during Advisory in the FAC for an important Graduation Assembly. They will receive information regarding ordering caps and gowns, as well as indicate how they want their names written on their diploma. A Josten’s representative will return on Friday, November 15, to take the orders for the cap and gowns. Please be sure to ask your senior for the packet they will receive, and to place your order next Friday.

Friends of Wheaton Academy Israel Study Tour

Important Yearbook Information for all Parents Regarding Yearbook Sales
WA yearbooks are for sale again this year for last year’s price of $25.00 each.  Your 2019-2020 yearbook is now available for purchase at www.jostensyearbooks.com.  Go to the Yearbooks dropdown to find “Buy your Yearbook,” then search Wheaton Academy to finish your purchase. They will only be for sale through the website. We do not want you to miss out on receiving a yearbook, so please order yours today! If you do not order via the Jostens link, you will be unable to receive a yearbook next fall.

Senior Ads for Yearbooks
Parents, senior yearbook ads will again be available for purchase for $150 per quarter-page ad.  Fees for ads will include a yearbook at no additional cost.  If you order a senior ad, you do not need to order a yearbook through the Jostens website. Winterim 2020 Class Registration for Freshmen
Monday, November 11, Freshmen will register for Winterim classes in OnCampus beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Winterim Classes are available to view on the Wheaton Academy Website. Go to the Academics tab, select Winterim, then choose Courses. Please contact Amy Heavey, Winterim Coordinator, with any further questions.

Winter Sports Tryouts
Boys Basketball and Wrestling Tryouts are Monday, November 11

Please make sure your student-athlete has their mandatory paperwork completed and uploaded into Magnus.  This includes the concussion and steroid paperwork, along with a current physical.  Your child will not be allowed to try out or participate in any of these sports without these forms completed. If you have any questions, please call Dawn Hamm at 630-562-7565.
