Come join us for our first-ever outdoor spring musical!  The Academy Theatre is proud to present Disney’s High School Musical.  Performances will be held in front of the Fine Arts Center, rain or shine. Please have your student return them on these days to avoid additional fees. Fees for books that have been lost may be paid for at this time through your pushcoin account. WA families are invited to celebrate what the Lord has done in the lives of our graduates and their families.  We will pray for and commission our seniors as they start new chapters in their lives.  Please join us for this night of worship and celebration! Performance Trust Field
Thank you for your patience as we plan for a commencement service on campus in place of Wheaton College’s Edmund Chapel.  In a previous communication, we had mentioned that each family would receive a minimum of four tickets.  As we have reviewed current guidance in Illinois for gatherings, we no longer need to limit the number of guests for our ceremony.  We will provide seating on Performance Trust Field for nearly 1500.  If you do not get a seat on the field, there will be additional seating in the bleachers as well as room for guests to set up their own chairs outside of the stadium (viewing from a distance is possible thanks to our jumbotron). The gate will open at 2:30 p.m. for general admission seating.

COVID-19 Case Update
Over the last week, we had ten positive cases for COVID-19, and seven people are currently in quarantine.

Seniors News
Senior Final Week: Earlier today a letter was emailed to seniors and their parents regarding details about the final week of school and graduation. Please click here to read it.

Seniors Surface Pro 6 Return Next Week:
Please help us ensure your senior student returns their Surface and accessories in time for us to reset them for incoming freshmen (please note, no personal data is retained).  All seniors must return the Surface Pro 6, case, pen, charger, and keyboard to the Wheaton Academy I.T. department during the week of May 24, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 28.  Seniors who are taking final exams may return their devices the following week (June 1-4), no later than noon on Friday, June 4.  All stickers (except the serial number barcode) must be completely removed.

Fees for damaged or missing Surfaces or Accessories (diplomas and transcripts are withheld until full payment is received):

Graduation Photos: Lifetouch, our official commencement photographer, will have portraits available online at Events.Lifetouch.com approximately ten days after the ceremony. Celebrate your achievement with these professional portraits.

Transcripts & Diplomas: Transcripts and diplomas will be released to colleges and mailed home once all academic and financial requirements have been met.

Furnace Company Dance and Improv Auditions
Furnace Company will be having auditions for the 2021-2022 school year for the dance team and the improv team. Auditions will be on Wednesday, June 2, 12:15-2:15 p.m.. Dance auditions will be held in the Warrior Dome and Improv auditions will be held in the Alumni White Chapel. Questions? Please contact Abby Woelfel at awoelfel@wheatonacademy.org. Students will need to click here for the application and bring it with them to their audition.

We also have some staff openings on the team for those who have experience with video, photography, and graphic design. Students who are interested will need to fill out a separate application by clicking here and turn it in to Abby Woelfel by June.

Spark Camp
Calling all kids interested in science and engineering! Spark is a brand-new summer camp for rising 4th-6th graders who want to explore science’s history and future, including electricity, flight, chemistry, and more! Learn about the scientific discoveries that shaped history, participate in fun, hands-on STEM projects, and learn how to test and run your experiments! Join us at the Wheaton Academy campus from June 14-18, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Cost: $120 per student. Wheaton Academy Summer Camps
WA High School camps are now posted on our Wheaton Academy Athletics Website.  From the Wheaton Academy Main page, click on the athletics page.  On the far right tab, click on summer camps.

We have Youth Camps and High School Camps to choose from and offer a wide variety of sports.  Please check the dates and times to work around your family vacations, and join us here at Wheaton Academy for some great coaching, activity, and fun!!      

Fall Sports
We are excited to have sports being played again and look forward to the upcoming fall sports season!  As we look ahead, we want to give you information about the upcoming Fall Sports seasons:

  • First Day Of Tryouts–  All Fall sports will begin on Monday, August 9, 2021.

As in the past, all athletes must have a new physical and the athletic packet completed and uploaded onto Magnus in order to participate on the first day of tryouts.  Attached is the link to upload this information onto Magnus.  You will also find a printable Athletic Packet form on this site to print, complete and upload.  https://magnushealth.com
