Spring Instrumental Concert

The Fine Arts Department is pleased to present the final of three concerts featuring students in Wheaton Academy’s music groups. Please join us tomorrow, May 3, for the Spring Instrumental Concert. It begins at 7:30 pm in the Fine Arts Center Auditorium and is free of charge. All are welcome!
WA Men’s Prayer

On the second Saturday of every month, the men from Wheaton Academy meet to pray for our community and hear from one of our faculty/staff members. Please join us on Saturday, May 10. Light refreshments are served.

Junior/Senior Formal
Friday, May 16, 7-10 pm
The Matrix Club, Naperville
All Juniors and Seniors at Wheaton Academy (or Junior and Senior guests from other high schools with completed permission forms) are invited to attend this year’s formal. The attire is formal (coats and ties for guys and long dresses for girls), and tickets cost $90. This Monday, May 5, is the last day to buy tickets. Ticket sales end at 3:30 pm.
This year’s theme is The Roaring 20s (the golden age of jazz, The Great Gatsby, and Art Deco).
The night includes a full dinner, as well as a dessert and candy bar, and all you can drink Shirley Temples. There will be dancing and a DJ, trivia with prizes, and a photobooth with personalized souvenir photos. Juniors and Seniors do not want to miss this!
Academy Awards & Spring Art Show
Wednesday, May 21
Art Show Reception at 6:30 pm in the Atrium
Academy Awards at 7:00 pm in the FAC
This year’s Art Show will be available for viewing the entire week of May 19 in the Atrium. There will be a special reception at 6:30 in the Atrium before the Academy Awards begin, where we will celebrate the gifts and accomplishments of our students during the 2024-2025 school year. All are welcome to attend. If your student will receive an award, you will receive a paper invitation in the mail.

Parent Survey
Because Wheaton Academy places a high value on parent feedback, we will conduct our annual parent survey in the upcoming weeks. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we’re excited to once again partner with SchoolRIGHT to conduct our Confidential Parent Survey.
The survey launched on Tuesday, April 29, from the email address: surveys@schoolright.net. Please keep an eye out for it in your inbox and be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.
The survey will only be open until May 12 and takes 10 minutes to complete. Your input helps us grow and better serve our school community. Summer Serve
Come and serve at Wheaton Academy this summer! Summer Serve provides an opportunity to volunteer in a variety of capacities to make an impact on the presentation of our school facilities and help with projects to control costs and allow for a smooth transition into the fall. Summer serve will be June 16-18 and June 23-25. You can sign for just a day, or come for more, as we prepare the school for the next school year! Sign up using this form to join us this summer.
Senior Graduation Details
Senior Lunch and Graduation Practice, Tuesday, May 27, 11:30-2:30 p.m.
After finals on Tuesday, May 27, Seniors will meet in the Student Union for lunch and then travel to Wheaton College for graduation practice. Attendance at this practice is mandatory. Seniors will receive more details as the date draws closer.
Baccalaureate Service, Friday, May 30, 7:00 p.m. WA Fine Arts Center
Please join us for a time of worship and prayer over our graduating seniors.
Commencement Ceremony, Sunday, June 1, 3:00 p.m. Wheaton College, Edman Chapel
The commencement ceremony will be at Wheaton College. More details will follow, but there will be no limit to seating for families and no tickets needed to attend.
