General News

Communication from the Head of School
At this time of year with re-enrollment and registration coming up, we want to ensure we have accurate contact information for all students and families.  This includes having student cell phone numbers for those who have cell phones. Our communication system allows us to communicate with all students and parents quickly and efficiently about events and or in case of an emergency.

As parents, we ask you to check your profile information – especially cell phone and email at this time. If your information is incorrect, please contact Angie Roberts with your new/corrected information at aroberts@wheatonacademy.org.

Thanks for your help in verifying your contact information and helping us communicate well with you and your student.

If you can donate 5 dozen chocolate chip cookies or 4 pounds of red or green grapes for either of these weekends, please contact Jim Holtrop. Thanks for making our musical amazing!

Re-Enrollment Deposit for 2020-2021
As we prepare for the 2020-2021 academic year, this is a reminder that current Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors will be automatically re-enrolled as part of the Continuous Enrollment Policy.  We look forward to continuing to build a relationship with your student over the course of his or her entire high school experience.  In March 2020, we will bill the re-enrollment deposit of $175 to your 2019-2020 Smart Tuition account, and this deposit will be applied to the 2020-2021 tuition bill.  (Please include the Smart Tuition ID number from the invoice when remitting payment.)

If you choose to opt out for the 2020-2021 academic year, please contact the Wheaton Academy Business Office in writing no later than February 28, 2020, to avoid being billed the re-enrollment deposit. If you notify us of your student’s withdrawal for the 2020-2021 academic year after February 28, 2020the re-enrollment deposit will be applied to your final month’s tuition bill for 2019-2020.
