Chapel Themes and Sub-Themes
Full Year: "As One"
August - September
As One: For the King
Our community does not exist to flourish in and of itself. It exists under the authority of King Jesus for the purpose of expanding His Kingdom, reign, and rule.
October
As One: Against the Enemy
It is the intent of the enemy to divide and spoil the body of Christ. Our endeavor through the power of the Spirit and by putting on the armor of God is to stand against the schemes of the enemy.
November
As One: Uniquely Unified
We are one body with many parts. May we discover and develop the unique gifts we’ve been given in order to experience the unified flourishing of the Church.
December
As One: Rejoicing
Together, with one voice, we rejoice that the Word was made flesh and made His dwelling among us, to show us the full extent of His love, full of grace and truth.
February - March
As One: Through the Storm
How amazing it would be if our community would increasingly become a “one anothering” community. May we love one another, bear with one another, and encourage one another through the challenges of life.
April
As One: In Awe
We desire to recapture our awe of who God is and what He has done through the cross of Christ to forgive us, to redeem us, and to offer us the hope of eternity with Him.
May
As One: Without Ceasing
God has a mission for the body of Christ. We want to boldly and consistently live in light of how He has gifted us and called us to serve His Kingdom and impact the world in which we live.
