This notice meets a legal requirement to inform you annually that Wheaton Academy continues to meet all federal and state laws concerning asbestos in schools.  All of our educational facilities have been thoroughly inspected, and inspections continue bi-annually by a state-certified asbestos firm, as is required by law.  We continue to carry out all other specific requirements of the “AHERA” legislation, including the maintenance of a management plan.  Our management plan is available for your review in the business office located in the Armour building during normal business hours.  We welcome your questions and input as we continue to meet the necessary requirements and seek to implement any necessary precautions.

Wheaton Academy Parents,

This is an exciting time on Wheaton Academy’s campus. I imagine you are waiting with great anticipation, as I am, for the completion of our expansion. As you may have seen in my announcement on Thursday, beginning this fall our students will have access to extensive new learning spaces!

This expansion requires support from partners like you—parents who champion the power of a Wheaton Academy education to shape, disciple, and prepare young men and women to serve Christ as leaders and shapers of culture in the years ahead.

That’s why I’m writing to you today. I want to invite you to prayerfully consider your role in supporting the For Generations to Come campaign.

Nearly $27 million has been committed to this $30 million dollar project. These funds will be used to expand our Academic Building adding 43,000 square feet of new and remodeled space including:

  • Video Production and Broadcast Studio to elevate our award-winning video program
  • Business Center where students will learn to apply Biblical ethics in the marketplace
  • Student Union to cultivate connection and community
  • an expanded IDEA Lab to serve as our technology incubator
  • new flexible learning spaces
  • Cross Plaza to visibly proclaim our faith

Will you help us cross the finish line? To reach our $30 million goal, the participation of the entire Wheaton Academy community is critical. Your generous support now will be integral to Wheaton Academy’s success and ability to set the stage for the next generation of Warriors!
