New Online Attendance Procedure

Parents,

We are pleased to announce a new online attendance procedure to simplify reporting your student’s attendance. This new attendance procedure begins on January 21, the start of the Spring 2026 semester. 

If your student will be arriving late, leaving early, or missing an entire school day, you can now use your Parent Blackbaud OnCampus login to report this attendance. This process is quick and easy! 

Here are the simple steps:

  1. Log into Parent OnCampus account 
  2. Select your student 
  3. Click on “Report Absence” button below your student’s name.
  4. Select the Type of Absence:
    • All day
    • Late arrival
    • Early dismissal 
  5. Select a reason 
  6. Make a comment

All attendance changes made in Blackbaud will notify the parent. Please contact the Front Office immediately if you receive a notice of an absence that you did not enter.

If you still prefer to call and leave a message about your student’s absence, you may call our attendance line (630-562-7500 x1), choose the attendance prompt, and leave a message.
