WA Men’s Prayer

Alumni White Chapel
On the second Saturday of each month, the men from the WA community meet to pray and hear from one of our WA employees. Please join us for prayer tomorrow, April 10, at 8:00 a.m. in the Alumni White Chapel. Light refreshments are served. Our guest speaker for tomorrow is Brad Thornton.

All women are invited to join us for WA Women’s prayer in room 102. Please note the following dates through the end of the school year:

General News
COVID-19 Case Update
Over the last week, we had two positive cases for COVID-19, and six are currently in quarantine.
A Year Like None Other
Many thanks to those who have already responded to the video message that was sent by our Head of School, Steve Bult, earlier this week. If you have not had the opportunity yet, please take a few minutes to view the video and contribute if you feel led.
Senior Cap & Gown Delivery and Class Photo
Jostens will be at Wheaton Academy on the morning of Thursday, April 22, to deliver cap & gowns, announcements, etc. Orders will be available for pick-up in the Senior Lounge from 8:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. ALL balances with Jostens must be paid in full at that time.
The senior class group photo will also be taking place after chapel on the same day, April 22. If you already have graduation regalia and did not order from Jostens, please make certain that it is in good condition and bring it to school on April 22 for the photo. If you are a member of the National Honor Society, you will receive a gold tassel and cord at the senior class group photo session.
Seniors are asked to dress professionally and neatly for the photo, including shoes – specifically:
- Women: skirt & top or dress, pants, & dress shoes
- Men: dress shirt and tie, dress pants & dress shoes

Volunteer Help
The WA Appreciation Volunteer Committee welcomes any help with supplies and funds to provide a luncheon on April 23 for the Faculty and Staff. If you would like to provide supplies, please use the sign-up genius list provided. To contribute funds that will be used for supplies, please use the funds form to provide your information. A volunteer team member will contact you with details for submitting those funds.
