Back to School Night

We are excited to welcome you to Back to School night on Thursday, September 3, 2026.  Our goal is that you would have the opportunity to experience life at Wheaton Academy the way your student does each day. When you arrive at Wheaton Academy, please go right to your student’s first period class.

You will need to access your student’s schedule and classroom locations. To find the schedule, please follow these instructions:

    • Login to your Parent OnCampus account 
    • Once logged in, click on “Children” in the left-hand corner
    • Click on your child’s name 
    • Scroll down to the middle of the page and see your student’s schedule on the left-hand side
    • If you want to see it in period order, click on the Schedule tab, then click on Friday, which shows all seven periods.

Your Schedule

Arrive by 6:30pm and find student's first period class

1st period: 6:40 - 6:49 p.m.

2nd period: 6:55 - 7:04 p.m.

3rd period: 7:10 - 7:19 p.m.

4th period: 7:25 - 7:34 p.m.

All-Community Assembly, FAC: 7:40 – 8:00 p.m.

5th period: 8:10 – 8:19 p.m.

6th period: 8:25 – 8:34 p.m.

7th Period: 8:40 – 8:49 p.m.

There will not be classes for study halls or TAs. You are welcome to visit the Student Union during a study hall period, where you can purchase WA Wear, pick up your Athletic Pass, obtain information on the Center for Lifelong Learning, and learn about being an international host parent.
